To all of our Lewis County Coffee Company customers and friends,
After a long period of review, consideration, and countless conversations we have decided to end our delivery service. Our delivery service has been such a pleasure, we have gained new customers, learned more about our community and enjoyed you all helping us grow the brand with our delivery.
But, as we have looked at it repeatedly, there is no way for us to continue to guarantee the quality that our customers deserve, both at the stands and for delivery. Offering delivery has been a part of who we have been as a company, and we deeply value the relationships we have been able to build because of it. While we know this is disappointing to our delivery customers, we feel it is the best way to continue offering the products and service our customers deserve.
We will still be offering catering services for events and will take large delivery orders on a case-by-case basis. Most of all, we want to thank all of you for your continued support over the last 6 years. It has only been through our strong ties to the community and relationships with all of our customers that we have been able to grow into the company we are today, and for that we have you to thank. We look forward to the new and exciting opportunities that are coming for LC Coffee Company, and sharing them with you a little later this year.
